• Doberman: Complete on Normal in under 5:30, five alerts, no continues, with “Pigeon” rank.
• Eagle: Complete in five hours or less.
• Fox: Complete on Hard with less than 35 saves, three alerts, no life meds, no continues, and with “Pigeon” and “Eagle” ranks.

Special Items and Tricks

• Infinity Face Paint: Capture a Tsuchinoko alive before Groznyj Grad, recapture it after reclaiming your equipment, and complete the game with it in your inventory.
• International Flag Face Paints: Earn all 27 ranks from Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence.
• Camera: Find it in the office after escaping the Groznyj Grad jail cell. Complete the game to have it in your next playthrough.
• EZ Gun: Collect all 48 plants and fauna. Note: Using it prevents some rank achievements.
• Twirling Colt Single Action Army Pistol: Move the 3DS while aiming in FPS mode.
• Reload Faster: Equip another weapon, then switch back to reload quickly.
• Defeat The End Early: After the river at Ponizovje, use the SVD sniper rifle to kill The End.
• Skip The End Battle: Save the game, change the 3DS system date to a week ahead, and return to find The End has died.
• Skip The Sorrow Battle: Lie down in the water, let the “Game Over” screen appear, then select the Revival Pill.
• Confuse Volgin: Equip the Raikov Mask during battle to confuse him.
• Escape the Jail Cell: Set the radio frequency to 144.75 to unlock the door.
